Cynthia has vast experience working with individuals and families, ranging from depression and anxiety, to Severe and Persistent Mental Illnesses (SPMIs). Cynthia has taught Social Welfare & Policies course at NYU Silver School of Social Work, focusing on social justice and racial discrimination. Cynthia enjoys working with clients of all faiths, religions and spiritual belief systems. She helps clients understand the importance of self-care; she has years of experience in various spiritual practices, such as Buddhist meditation, yoga, spiritual journaling, metaphysical studies, and Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT).
