She incorporates modalities of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, Solution Focused Therapy, Client-Centered Therapy, and mindfulness techniques in her practice. Her experience includes working with individuals, children, and families.

Collette continues to evolve and strengthen her practice through ongoing study of current and new modalities to ensure she is serving and supporting her patients by the best means and approaches possible.
